Emergency Response

24/7 dispatch for heating loss and system failure. $275 service call + parts/labor. Winter priority.

When Your Heating Fails

A heating system breakdown in January is not a minor inconvenience. It's an emergency. A 1920s house cools to 50°F within hours. Frozen pipes become a real risk. Tenants or family members may have health concerns.

Conduit maintains 24/7 emergency dispatch during the heating season (November–March). If your boiler shuts down, your radiators lose pressure, or your system fails in any critical way, we dispatch a technician the same day.

Our Emergency Service

Winter Emergency Dispatch (November–March)

Call +1 (508) 555-0147 anytime, day or night, weekdays or weekends. We have technicians on-call and will dispatch the closest available team member. Response time is typically 1–2 hours depending on weather and location.

Summer On-Call Service (April–October)

If you have AC or a summer heating need, we offer a 4-hour response commitment. Non-winter emergencies may be scheduled if they can wait 24–48 hours; we'll advise when you call.

Diagnostic & Repair

The technician will diagnose the problem on-site. Many heating emergencies—a tripped limit switch, a pilot light that's gone out, a pressure-relief valve that has stuck—can be resolved in 30 minutes. Others require part replacement or boiler service. We'll explain the problem and your options before proceeding with repair.

Service Call Charge

$275 covers the dispatch and 30 minutes of diagnostic time. Any parts or additional labor are billed separately at our standard rates. Emergency calls after 10 p.m. or before 6 a.m. include a $75 night surcharge.

Temporary Measures

If the boiler cannot be repaired the same day, we'll advise on temporary heating measures (space heaters, hotel, emergency shelter) and schedule follow-up service as soon as possible.

Prevent Emergencies

The best emergency response is preventing emergencies. Properties on our seasonal tune-up contract catch most problems before they become failures. Pre-winter diagnostics identify failing components with time to repair them before the heating season starts.

If you're not on a contract, at minimum, call us if you notice any of these warning signs:

A $400 tune-up in October beats a $2,000 emergency repair in January.
