Seasonal Tune-ups

Pre-winter and pre-summer comprehensive diagnostics covering boiler output, thermostat calibration, radiator flow rates, and combustion safety analysis. Includes sediment flushing and pressure-relief testing.

Annual Inspections

Comprehensive system assessment including thermal imaging of distribution piping, boiler efficiency curves via flue-gas analysis, and a detailed written report with findings and prioritized next steps.

Boiler Servicing

Internal cleaning of boiler tubes and combustion chamber, burner adjustment, flue-gas analysis and CO sampling, and scale removal. Includes parts replacement and a post-service efficiency certificate.
